'LowBridgePark started with an ambition: to offer genuine Neopolitan pizzas to London. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint venue, operated by the family with recipes passed on for generations.
Marco Rossi, the originator, mastered the art of pizza creation on her journey across Italy, learning from traditional pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Once back in the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of bona fide Italian pizza, backed by age-old techniques and premium components.
From an original 12-seat pizza joint, we've expanded into a community's favorite, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains firm. We persist in using classic wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough freshly each day, and selecting top-tier ingredients.
Presently, 'LowBridgePark is still in the hands of the family, witnessing the Rossi family's second generation at the helm, leading our enthusiastic crew. While adopting new innovations, the essence of our enterprise stays the same: crafting scrumptious, authentic pizza that unifies people.
